Basque lawyers under threat – General report – 24th January 2013
Lawyers once again have denounced the situation of the endangered lawyers and protested all over Europe. The III International Day of Endangered Lawyer is in this year 2013 taking the case of the Basque Lawyers. Just few days before the endangered lawyers day a police operation took place in Istanbul, arresting several lawyers, which was also denounced on the 24th of January.
The protests took place in several European cities: Roma, Milano, Genoa, Brussels, Bern, Paris, Berlin, Düsseldorf, The Hague, Holland, Istanbul, London, Madrid, Barcelona and Donostia – San Sebastian.
