13.00 – 14.30: Plenary Assembly of the ELW ‘contact persons’ (see point 14 of the ELW founding document http://elw-network.eu/about-us/founding-document ), with a focus on: o The report of the Coordinating Committee, including a financial report; o Discussion on the activities of the ELW: newsletter, next conference, probably on 20 May 2017 in Florence/Italy; o Election of a new Coordinating Committee; o Decision on the budget of the ELW; and o Recruitment of new members
14.30 – 14.45: coffee break
14.45 – 18.00: open workshop with short country reports:
- UK: the Impact of Brexit on labour law;
- France: the new labour law and the fight of workers, students and trade unions against it;
- Belgium: recent changes in labour law;
- Russia: development of labour law in the crisis; o Overview of recent jurisprudence of the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights concerning labour law;
- open discussion
20.00: group dinner for members and other participants.
The meeting is organized by the ELW-Network. It is open for ELW members and friends.
